- Added an integration with Nedap ONS to synchronise the ONS Agenda of an ONS Client with the Genus.
Set up an ONS integration with a community
- To add an ONS integration send our team an message with the following information:
Customer Code
. If the customer doesn’t know this code, he/she can follow this tutorial: https://support.nedap-ons.nl/support/solutions/articles/103000266351-zorginstellingsgegevens-beheren- Contact email of a person authorised to manage ONS
- The community the ONS integration needs to be enabled for
- After we have the information we can require access to the ONS API on behalf of the care organisation.
Connecting an ONS client to a Genus user.
To connect an ONS client to a Genus user:
- Go to the community portal (portal.genus.care)
- Go to the detail page of the Genus user and scroll to "Contact information".
- Click "Edit".
- Fill in the "Sleutelnummer" of your ONS client.
- Click "Save".
- The ONS Agenda will now synchronise to the Genus My Day functionality.
