The Skyresponse integration is now fully stable and production ready.
Start a video call with the Genus from the Skyresponse portal
The Genus video call is now integrated within the Skyresponse portal so the respondent doesn’t have to leave the Skyresponse portal to start a video call.
Pairing Genus with Skyresponse
The pairing system has been improved by automatically generating Skyresponse ID’s in the Genus Community portal. A manual for pairing has been created on our wiki (https://wiki.genus.care)
Connection alerts
Skyresponse will now be notified when a Genus loses internet connection and when the Genus comes back online.
